ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER (for Power Plant Project)
Assistant Site Manager will work in a global and at times virtual team to develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others and have the ability to effect project goals.
• Responsible for advising the Site Manager on Project matters including site management, technical advisory services, Field execution performance (quality, schedule, EHS & Cost), customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). This includes from delivery of equipment at site through installation, commissioning until final acceptance.
• Responsible to support the development of field execution strategies, site staffing needs, customer / constructor / End User meetings, and interface with vendors.
• Contribute to the subcontracting process, pre-qualifications, and commercial structure; bid packages, negotiation through final award.
• Expertise in overall field operations. Ensure process discipline on site based on project requirements to ensure contract requirements are met.
• During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality.
• Identify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success.
• Using lean and digitization tools drive optimum process discipline.
• This is a site based role.

PROJECT LEADER (for Power Plant Project)
The Project Leader develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
• On-shore customer contact point. Provide recommendations for resolution of specification and commercial issues, manage correspondence, provide periodic updates, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate with staff as appropriate.
• Support on-time delivery in accordance with contract.
• Contribute to project risk management issues including receivables, claims, contract changes, margin enhancement, and effective project closeout
