Competences
ü Team player with extensive knowledge of hospital design
ü Up to date knowledge of modern (5* star) hospital
ü Knowledge of the functional processes which take place in a hospital
ü Experience with large scale hospital projects
ü Experience with high rise buildings
ü Able to do detailed interface engineering
ü Proactive and good motivational skills
ü Solution-minded and creative
ü Experience with managing a large team
ü Good internal and external communication skills
ü Being able to make complex technical issues easy to understand for the client
ü Good in English spoken and written / Bahasa is preferable
ü Good in combining directive and cooperative management styles in relation to Indonesian culture
ü Full time at the office in Jakarta during detailed design, partially during tender.
ü Experience in working in Indonesia
