SKI-HR on behalf our Client is one an Engineering Consultant Company majoring in various projects looking Potential candidates for position SR. CIVIL / CONTRACT ENGINEER
Competences
· 15 years minimum professional experience, since year of graduation
· MSc or Diploma in Construction/Contract Law or similar
· Experience in concrete/heavy civil engineering/earthworks/mining/reclamations/dredging
· In depth knowledge of international contract law and procedures applicable to construction works contracts
· Full understanding of different types of construction works contracts, specifications and drawings
· Full understanding of quantity measurement and surveying for payment purposes
· Full understanding of the process of evaluating and interrogating claims submitted by Contractor and reporting matters to manager and Client
· Fully able to work out applicable rates/costs for items of work
· Excellent communication ability. Strong character. Proactive, able to take decisions and justify his own actions
· Experience of working for consultant in supervisory role as Engineer or with Client
· Experience on foreign/bank funded projects
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
· Excellent ability in MS Word, Excel, Project etc
· Flexible attitude and patience are needed for this position and work environment
